Builder of systems, ideas, and things. From CAD to cabinet, code to community.
Hi, I’m Natasha — a maker, builder, economist-in-training, and multipotentialite who thrives at the intersection of craft and technology. My journey spans woodworking, CNC machining, upholstery, CAD/CAM modeling, and economics. On TikTok and other platforms, I share my process: from shaping Baltic birch into modular pet steps to experimenting with laser-cutting, welding, and upholstery techniques.
My work lives under multiple brands — Groondlings for modular furniture and upholstery design, and Solyd Solutions for open-source maker tech, CNC files, and digital systems. I believe in empowering communities through design, Industry 4.0/5.0 tools, and resilient local manufacturing.
At heart, I’m not only a maker of things but also a builder of systems and futures. Whether in the classroom studying economics or in the workshop clamping, routing, and coding toolpaths, my mission is the same: to create, connect, and inspire others to realize their potential.
Building code, CAD models, CNC toolpaths, and digital systems that bridge craft and technology.
Studying markets, math, and policy to design more resilient and equitable economies.
Designing pet steps, modular cabinets, CNC furniture, lamps, and sustainable prototypes.
Essays on economics, Industry 4.0/5.0, and multipotentialite living are published on Substack and GitHub Pages.
